SUSHAN ANAND

Chairman Of The Board Of Director

Sushan Anand heads the board of directors of Anand-Martin Foundation and brings
with him business acumen and steady shrewdness developed through years of hard work. Mr. Anand first began his career as Director of Product Developments at Ballet Fabrics, a division of International Stretch, Inc. Afterwards, he founded Merchandise Mart; in 1975, he founded Polymer Industries with partnership of his dear friend Kapal Saigal Polymer Industries was established in Henagar, Alabama and started fabrication of imported UHMW-PE for the paper industry. In the 1980’s, Mr. Anand became involved in the hospitality and multi-family industry with properties in Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, Texas, Ohio, and Mississippi. He also became Vice Chairman of AAHOA (Asian American Hotel Owners Asso.) along with Mike Leven, President and CEO of Days Inns of America.

Cathy Anand shares her husband’s vision of providing financial autonomy to economically
disadvantaged member of the society. In the past, she has actively participated in other Anand ventures, and has been the backbone of Anand- Martin foundation. Currently, she serves as the vice chairman of the board members of the foundation.

Cathy Anand shares her husband’s vision of providing financial autonomy to economically

ANIL ANAND

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Anil Anand, Tennessee Tech University alumnus, is Chief Financial Officer of Anand- Martin Foundation and is responsible for implementing the foundation’s vision and managing the accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury, real estate, investor relations, internal audit and tax functions. Anil holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance, and has over 15 years of experience in business management. Alongside with running the foundation, Anil serves as Executive Vice President at other Anand business concerns which include: Sunbest Mangagement Inc, Nu Markets Inc. and PSA deals.

YASHU ANAND

Director

As the director of the foundation, Yashu participates in major business decisions and isresponsible for evaluating the performance of the foundation. Yashu is a savvy businessman andhas contributed to the growth of the Anand businesses through acquisition and expansion.Currently, he is successfully running two motels, each motel has over a hundred bedrooms, and a
retail business.

ANGIE ANAND

Board Member

Angie Anand is the daughter of Rev. John William Young IV and Judi Vincent Young. She is married to Anil Anand. She is a graduate of Tennessee Tech University in Child and Family studies concentration. She has been working at Chattanooga Christian School for the past nine years, and currently she serves as the admission representative at The King School, a partner school with Chattanooga Christian School, which is located at Oliver Baptist Church. Angie is a philanthropist and serves the community in many ways: by volunteering, and by participating in programs organized by the church.

KENNY DYER

President Pinnacle Financial

Kenny Dyer is President of Pinnacle Financial. In the late nineteens, Derwin Brindle introduced
Kenny Dyer to Anand. Dyer extended 14 million dollars of line of credit for the acquisition of
B&I Lending in which Mr. Anand held 66% share and Mike Thomas had 33% share of the
company. Kenny Dyer and Sushan Anand cherish a long-running professional friendship. Dyer
has been both a friend and a mentor to Mr. Anand.

Kenny Dyer is President of Pinnacle Financial. In the late nineteens, Derwin Brindle introduced
Kenny Dyer to Anand. Dyer extended 14 million dollars of line of credit for the acquisition of
B&I Lending in which Mr. Anand held 66% share and Mike Thomas had 33% share of the

Chairman- Pinnacle

Anand has known Craig Holley for many years. Craig Holley is chairman of Pinnacle bank in Chattanooga. Before taking on the role of chairman at Pinnacle, Holley was chairman, president and chief executive officer of the Capital Mark. Anand was first introduced to Holley in 2006 by Kenny Dyer. On Holley’s persuasion, Anand bought 50,000 dollars of shares Capital MArk at a price of $10 per share. To this date, Anand and Holley enjoy great business relationship.

ALNOOR DHANANI

Chief Executive Officer- The DoubleCola Company

A close friend of Mr. Anand, Alnoor Dhanani is the chief executive officer of the Double- Cola Company. Their friendship has survived two decades and is still growing. Alnoor attended high school in London. His family acquired the Double-Cola Company in 1981, and later on when they expanded their business, Alnoor was asked to head its global operations. Alnoor took over the Double- Cola headquarters in Chattanooga and under his leadership the company has shown great growth. Alnoor is deeply involved in the community. His company supports local chapters of Habitat for Humanity and the YMCA. Alnoor considers human capital as his greatest asset, and his company invests heavily in educating and training college graduates. The Double- Cola collaborates with UTC and offers internships
and employment to the students.

HENRY R. SILVERMAN

Chief Executive Officer- Silverman
Real Estate

Mr. Anand enjoys a great friendship with Mr. Henry Silverman from the last 20 years. Mr. Silverman is chief executive officer and an owner of Silverman Real Estate Holdco as well as 54 Madison Capital. He also serves as a founding partner of Athos Capital. From 2012 through July, 2015, Mr. Silverman was Chief Executive Officer real estate investment platform of Guggenheim Partners, LLC. From 2007 through 2011, Mr. Silverman was Chief Operating Officer, a director, Vice Chairman of the Board and a member of the Executive Committee of Apollo Global Management.

Anand and Stewart became friends when Stewart was Vice President at Cornerstone Community bank and they have continued their business relationship to this date. Currently, Stewart holds the position of Sr. Vice President and Sr. Commercial Banker at Bank of America.

Mr. Anand has known Bonnie Blaylock for the last 25 years. Bonnie Blalock is Senior Vice President at the First Volunteer Bank. Prior to joining First Volunteer, Blalock was Senior Vice President and Commercial Lending officer at Atlantic Capital bank. Blalock has over 15 years of experience in banking.

Marvin Berke has been Anand’s personal and family attorney for 35 years. Berke has been a partner with Berke and Berke since 1961, and has been practicing law for over 50 years now. He has served as president of the Chattanooga Trial Lawyers Association

Anand and Mike Thomas came to know each other when Anand acquired B&I Lending and became Chairman of the company. At that time, Mike served as President. B &I Lending had been #1 USDA RD Lender in the nation from 1997 to 2001. Currently, Mike is chairman of Thomas USAF and he is also a member of both National Rural Lenders and Secondary Market Hall of Fame.

Vasu Srinivasan is also Anand’s old friend from B&I lending where Vasu worked as Chief Credit Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Currently, Vasu is President and CEO Secondary Market at Thomas USAF. Vasu is recognized as the industry guru on IO strip. Anand and Vasu are still close
friends.
